Visiting New York

During our week at the cabin, we took a one hour drive to Corning, NY, two times. One time was to visit the Corning Museum of Glass. There were some fascinating exhibits, as well as an interactive display for the kids. We also loved watching the master glass blowers make a vase and a bowl. They made it look so easy.

We also took a second trip to Corning to meet Amanda, who is hoping to come live in the Bwl for a year! Brenin obviously didn't want to participate in this photo, unlike his sister who was hamming it up.
