Crazy Welsh Weather

We've had some crazy weather the past month or so. One day we had sunshine, rain, and then a huge hailstorm in the midst of a thunderstorm. Thunderstorms are very rare occasions here, so to have one was strange enough, let alone to have the huge amount of hail with it. I took these two pictures standing in our front doorway, looking out to the pavement in front of our house.
We literally had a river running down the sidewalk! If only some of this was snow!! All we can do is dream of a white Christmas, i think.
