Reindeer in Ponty!

The nearby town of Pontypridd hosted a special day the other Saturday, when reindeer came to town! Alan took the children for a fun day out (Mommy was Christmas shopping with a friend!)
They saw the reindeer up close in the park...
and then watched the procession through town. They were excited to see Father Christmas, and also the movie character Shrek. Okay, so i'm not sure what Shrek has to do with Christmas...and as if Father Christmas isn't a large enough lure for the children to come see the procession???...but anyway, he was there too. And the children couldn't stop telling me about their day when i got home in the evening.
