Spring Harvest
One the Christian events we enjoy in the UK is Spring Harvest (www.springharvest.org). We haven't been able to attend for four years, so when some friends from Tabernacl expressed interest, we decided to go this year. We headed to Skegness, on the east coast of England, in three cars. It took about five hours, with several pit stops, including one for lunch. Alan is chatting with Alicia, Hannah, and Terry.

The biggest attraction of the week is the evening celebrations under a massive tent, holding some 4,000 people. Lots of great worship and teaching!

The kids enjoyed their age-appropriate clubs, but they also loved the afternoons, when they could ride on the free rides.

There were 14 in our group, including children, and several of us met together each morning to attend the same seminar led by Jeff Lucas and Ruth Dearnley. Left to right: Carol, Carys, Mags, Bill, Eirlys, and Lyn.

Daddy treated the kids to a bike ride one afternoon so that Mommy could enjoy a kid-free coffee with Carys. They rode past the coffee shop, so i ran out to snap a photo. They were talking to two of the kids' teachers, whom they ran into...well, not literally!
