St Davids Day

It's March 1 and the day that Wales celebrates it's patron saint, David...or Dewi, in Welsh. Traditionally, school dress in Welsh costume. But in recent years it means throwing on a red Wales rugby shirt, which i think is sad! We decked Brenin out today in the traditional costume. I think my baby is sooo cute!!


Cerys and Dylan, on the other hand, wore special t-shirts for the Eisteddfod at school today. The entire school is broken into three groups...Clydach, Llanwonno, and Hendre. Each group has been competing all week and gaining points for their team. Today they are competing in front of the whole school. Cerys is reciting a poem, and Dylan is singing a Welsh song. Go guys!
