Coming to America
The alarm rang at 4:30am...too early!! Within 45 min we were all dressed and the car was packed. Terry Rice drove along with us to Cardiff train station, where we caught a train to London 8 minutes later. After another two express trains into Heathrow, we were still all smiles!

After waiting in a queue for half an hour, the plane finally took off. A smooth flight. The best airplane food i've ever eaten, lots of movies and colouring and games. Only Brenin slept a little bit. Then, in the last five minutes of descent, Dylan was sick all over himself. :( We got through immigration quickly, got our bags, and then found clean clothes for Dylan to put on before exiting and finding Carol's sister in law and brother, who drove us the 1 1/2 to mom's house. She'd prepared an awesome feast of our favourite foods, including ham balls, corn on the cob, gourmet potatoes, salad, homemade rolls, fresh peach and grape pies, and peanut butter ice cream. Yum!!!
Alan, Dylan, Cerys, our friend Randi, Donna and Tim (both hidden), mom, Nate, and Brenin.

Dylan and Carol chowing down on fresh sweet corn!

We were all in bed by 9pm local time, completely shattered. But for some reason, woke up by 5am the next morning! So we headed off to Alan's parents' house, where the kids played on a mini pool table.

Like Father and Son! Danny and Alan

We're supposed to go swimming today...its a holiday...4th of July. But it's raining!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's grey and cloudy and misty. They don't remember the last time it was like this. I guess we brought it with us!
