Bollinger Family Camping--first post

Last weekend we went camping with my mom and siblings and their kids and grandkids. Altogether, about 30-40 of us. Now, those of you who know me, know that the words camping and Carol don't really go in the same sentence together! So we were happy to have an air conditioned cabin!! We even had a satellite TV, but we refused to turn it on!! Instead we spent time hanging out with the family.



The first morning we were on breakfast duty. Alan stirs some of the scrambled eggs while my sis-in-law Sharon supervises!


I was on toast duty! Two little toasters plugged into the outside of a touring caravan. All my experience with eight years of buttering toast at Mothers and Toddlers paid off!


We ate our meals at here...four large picnic tables put together, with a huge tarp stretched over the top to block out the sun and the rain (no rain by the way except a tiny bit one morning at 5am). They even had lights strung up to see at night. Quite a set-up!
